MS Office SBE does not have the shortcut bar (tools bar).  That comes with
MS Office Pro.

However, there is a better way, in my opinion.  With IE 4.0, you can use the
task bar in the same manner as you would use the shortcut bar in Office, but
with additional features.

I don't like IE 4.0.  But the one feature is worth the download/install.
Then, install IE 5.0 over IE 4.0, and you have a better browser, with the IE
4.0 task bar feature.  You see, IE 5.0 doesn't have the task bar feature.

Ah Microsoft.
