Hello Joy,
You are clicking on the Favorites "button" (the gold star icon) which opens
your Favorites in an Explorer view. On the menu, where File, Edit, View,
etc. are, click the Favorites option and you'll have the "Sort by Name"
option in the right click menu.
Note that this isn't the same as arranging icons in Windows Explorer. There
they are arranged alphabetically by default.
