Microsoft's ".NET framework" has been available through Windows Update for
some time now. (As far as I can tell, most users do not need this.)
InstallShield is a utility for packaging software installations, which is
used by a lot of companies including, in some cases, Microsoft.
So I interpret this as a report that the attempt to install the downloaded
copy of ,Net Framework has failed, possibly due to an unsuccessful or
incomplete download. (It's what, 12MB or something like that?)
