I've setup a website and checked it out with both MSIE 5.0 and Netscape 4.0
and there were no problems.

I received an e-mail tonight from a client, running MSIE 5.0, that he
couldn't access the site and kept receiving the 404 error.  He wrote, "I am
unable to access this page. I get a file not found error. I can, however,
ping this address. When I used the IP address, 206.253.222.75, inplace of
the DNS name, I still received the 404 error telling me that my browser was
not new enough?".
But then when I tried to access the site there was no problem at all.
Suggestions?  Help?
