I did as suggested and replaced my inetcgf.dll (9/9/1997) with the new
Version 5.00.2314.100 (4/15/2000) but the results were the same. One
thing I forgot to mention was that when I tried to setup I had selected
"automatic" - that got the "can't load inetcfg.dll" message. So then I
had tried selecting "manual" and again it faulted but this time I got an
error message that said "can not get configuration information about
your computer because of the following error. Error 12009 occured."
does this shed any further hints as to the solution?
