Hello all,

Many thanks to those of you who replied to my problem, however.............

<< Can't your colleague move the ppoperties dialogue box around to get to
the buttons at the bottom? He should be able to drag the box by left
clicking on the (probably blue colored) border at the top and dragging it
up. (This has always worked for me.)>>
The dialogue box is simply too big to 'push' the blue top border high
enough.

<<While the display properties box is open, press the ALT key + Spacebar.
Then press the "M" key. Your mouse will change into a fourheaded arrow. Use
the up arrow key on the keyboard a couple (or more) times. This will move a
"ghost" of the dialog box up. When the box is far enough up to see the OK
button, press the ENTER key. Voila!>>

Unfortunately my high hopes died when I pressed ENTER only for the dialogue
box to revert to its original position, and I am still no further on.
