For anyone interested it turned out that installing Microsoft XML Parser
3.0 Service Pack 7 was needed to to install ZA Pro spyware stuff. Thanks
for all who tried to help.

Zonealarm has found and taken out a trojan
win32.application.adware.winantivirus from all units except one. This unit
is a Win2K Pro SP4. Zonealarm installs fine. However when you go to the
scan page and scan logs ETC the page is blank on this unit.
