I have been having trouble receiving messages in my Outlook Express account. I get an error messae as the e-mails are loading  The error is OX807C0131.  I read the info on Microsoft's site  regarding how to fix it, but it is repeatedly happening. Is there a permanent fix. I am running  Windows 98. 
The "fix" I have been using is deleting the inbox dbx. Any suggestions would be most welcome.
