It sounds like you are saving the web page rather than your return. If you
are viewing the tax return in a browser window, and the format is Adobe,
then you must click on the Adobe toolbar Floppy icon rather than on the
browser's File/Save menu. I have done this before myself and suspect that
this may be what you did.
