Hello all,

I have an elderly friend that has an old computer (486/25) with
Windows 3.1. She really enjoys making cards (Cardshop) and typing
letters.
Her problem has to do with printing. She tells me she can print a
colorful card with her Canon (I think) bubble jet printer, but when
typing a letter in the "Write" program of Win 3.1 or Microsoft Works
2, it won't print the letter. It just spits out a blank piece of
paper!
Anybody ever run into anything like this before?

Thanks for your help!
