The jdbgmgr.exe is a part of your OS, this bear wont
wake up after 14 days only if your Windows asks it to do so.
It's *an old* HOAX.
The same applies to ACCSTAT.EXE, this file also was named
* some time ago * to be a resident dangerous virus.
