As to the ZoneAlarm issue ...
Open your ZoneAlarm and go to the "Alerts" tab and DESELECT your Alert
settings. That way you will not get those nasty pop up messages. It is a
feature that ZoneAlarm offers for the more cautious client I suppose.
Otherwise ZoneAlarm is doing its job preventing access to your computer via
unwanted sources. Also you may not want the log alerts to be saved as a
text file.
