If you just deleted the program, it would be a better idea to install it
again, and un-install it properly.  Any program smart enough to put
an Applet in, should be good about removing it... (grin)

With no specific details "we" can only reply with generalities.

IF that is all that is left over from the uninstall, (which I doubt),
You can find all your Control Panel Applets by searching your
default Windows "system" directory for file Applets with the
extension        *.cpl
By looking at the dates and any other clues you might think of,
you can delete the one you want.
(Maybe just change the extension and re-boot.)
(Compare with a similar computer, etc...)
I would backup any before deleting...
(Certain ones will be VERY hard to get back, if removed incorrectly.)
