From here, you can check any product Microsoft has for Y2K compliance.
There's a good bet that Win 3.1 isn't ready, as even Win98 needs a few
tweaks here and there. Looking at the site just now revealed that Win 3.1
can be patched but will not be completely Y2K ready even then. If you are
still using Win 3.1, (and "like-dated" software) the possibility that the
rest of your software isn't compliant is pretty good.
