From what I've been doing, I do not trust any diag program. The only useful
utility is RAM tester, all others are useless to me. You can do a search on
the net, there should be large number utilities that you could give a go.

normally, a fatal error means something hardware related, it could be as
simple as driver issue, or as bad as hardware failur. a diag program could
provide no help in this area. I suggest you run a good RAM test program
first.
