Hi Pam,

You could do it as suggested in a previous answer by using Audacity
or any of the programs I posted previously as well.
http://listserv.icors.org/SCRIPTS/WA-ICORS.EXE?A2=ind0904&L=pcsoft&T=0&F=&S=&P=49340
However, this does require you to play the video and then record the audio.

A much easier and quicker way is to extract the Audio with,
eg AoA Audio Extractor http://www.aoamedia.com/audioextractor.htm
or Pazera Audio Extractor http://www.pazera-software.com/products/audio-extractor/
* Check out his other related software as well.

**As a caution -DON'T download similar programs from SoftwareDepot - they are bundled
with RelevantKnowledge toolbar etc -hard to get rid of. (very persistent if you will)

Hope this helps,
Peter E,

Can anyone tell me how to save the audio off of a video file so that I can record it
to a CD?
Thanks, Pam
