In Internet Explorer, when the message pops up, in the lower right hand
corner of it should be a check box that says something like, Don't show this
message again.  If you check that and click ok to accept the cookie it will
reset the options to accept all of them.  Or you can open IE, go to
Tools/Internet Options and click on the Security tab.  Down at the bottom
click on Custom Level.  Then enable both of the options under cookies.
Either of these should stop the message box.

Whenever I access the web a dialog box asks me if I want to accept this
cookie how do I set the PC up to accept or reject cookies. this constant
