Trying to play a CD on my computer, but when I load the disk, I get a notice that "This setup program will install bandlink" with an option to "Install Now".

If I choose to cancel, I get a Windows Media Player Error "The system cannot find the file specified."

So, what is this Bandlink?  Why is it there?  Why can't I play CD without it?  Does it have a tracking program or some other kind of malware?  Is there any downside to installing it?  When will gas prices come down?
