Hi Mark

I went through this on my system. I went through the registry and
by trial and error got rid of three quarters of these menu entries.

I would search for each program's name in regedit and look through
its registry keys for occurances of "shell" and usually deleting
these would get rid of a menu item.

I can't be more specific since I've forgotten what I did. Of
course you must back up the registry before starting this. And
after you successfully get rid of each of these entries, make
a *different* backup in case you screw up on the next item.
