I downloaded Internet Explore with dialer/TCI/IP from Microsoft and
installed it on a 386/20meg.IBM machine running Windows 3.1.  It came as a
package and fit on 2 or 3 disks. Everything loaded fine and worked the
first time. I should have installed an internal modem because I think the
speed would have been better. The system works fine with a 28.8 external
modem. The system is slow but the person who is using it just marvels at
the internet and all it has to offer.
