I am running Windows 98SE on a Micron PIII with 128RAM.  Lately, it
boots to the walpaper screen but does not load the desktop and the
cursor locks up and the only way out is to turn off the computer & try
again.  After 4 or 5 trys, running scandisk each time, it boots. I have
run Norton WINdoctor, Diskdoctor and System Check.  It finds and fixes
ActiveX problems in both System Check and Windoctor EVERY time.  What
could be causing this and how do I fix it.
