How to uninstall IrfanView?

1. Start IrfanView and go to 'Properties => Extensions'.

2. Press the Advanced-button and uncheck all options. Press OK.

3. Unselect all extensions and press OK (File types previously associated
with IrfanView will be free now; you must start another viewer to
reassociate these free, unassociated extensions).

Please note:
If you like, use Windows 'Open with...' and 'Always use this program to open
this type of file.' to establish new associations.

4. Close IrfanView.

5. Delete IrfanView folder (desktop icon and program group).

Subject: Re: [PCSOFT] Irfan View

Hi, I have a Intel(r)Celeron (tm) Processor, 95.0 MB RAM, Compaq computer,
Model 5724 with Windows 98SE. I downloaded a program called Irfan View and I
would like to get rid of it but it is not listed in the add remove programs,
can I just delete it or does it have to be uninstalled some other way? TIA.
