I don't know what Task Monitor is, but if you mean Task Manager, I'd think
that dragging a shortcut from Windows/Taskman.exe into the startup folder
would fix that.

Dunno about loading Power Profile. If you have Win 98SE, that can sometimes
cause problems anyway.
