Greetings, Folks ! A close friend of mine has been trying to access ebay and 
sell an item there. She gets all way through and at the very end gets a 
dialogue box stating "iedw.exe - unable to locate component. This 
application has failed to start because iertutil.dll was not found. 
Reinstalling the application may fix the problem." First thing I did was 
search for iedw.exe. The file is there. Then, searched for iertutil.dll. It 
was there also. What is iedw.exe and if it shows up through search, how do I 
reinstall it if it's already there? Same with iertutil.dll ? OS is XP home, 
Can anyone help here? Thank you, Vern Plumlee
