You can do this by going to www.mailstart.com  entering your e-mail address
and password.  It pulls up the list of messages on your ISP server and you
can read them or delete them there on the web before downloading them to
your computer.

I am looking out for a small software that can enable me to download only
headers of 'e-mailmail' (not the complete message) at the first stage,
giving me option to delete unwanted messages from the server. After reading
the headers it could start my default e-mail client to down load the
selected messages.OS win95.

All help will be highly appreciated.
