i have installed a program in my pc. i suggested that my friend install it in her pc. the problem is she was unable to install the program successfully. we
both use win 98. wht do u think r the possible reasons
for this occurrence?

the error msg that keeps on appearing is
Exception EOleSysError in module SLASH.EXE at 0004E701. Class not registered
