It is irritating when you accidentally click on the message and your
computer
starts dialing.  The message in HTML is calling up images or information
from an internet site.  The only way I've found to stop it is to go into off
line mode in the file menu.  You  can add an online/offline icon to the tool
bar in OE by right clicking on the tool bar and selecting customize.
