I can use some help with Outlook Express.  One of my computers is opens into Outlook Express but does not download any email and does not show any of the previously downloaded mail.  Control-Alt-Delete indicates that OE is not responding.  

I've tried to reinstall IE6 and OE but that did not help.  I can not find either IE or OE in the Add/remove program in the Control Panel.  If I could uninstall these programs I could reinstall IE5 from my download file.

Any suggestions?
