Paul,
I'm not sure that Front Page can do what you're asking.  If I am not
mis-reading your post, are you wanting to send "thank you for applying for
job #123"?  If so make sure that ALL the job postings have a form or mail
link and you control the subject.  You can do this by creating a hyperlink
on the job posting with the link listed as:
mailto:[log in to unmask] Posting ...
Then just set a message rule in Outlook Express to reply whenever you
receive a message with the subject "Job Posting" or addressed to
[log in to unmask], or both.

Sending a note to everyone who applied for a given job after the posting
date has past is another matter.

Which were you looking to do?
