From the Windows help file (Copy Disk)
To make a copy of a disk

In My Computer or in the right pane of Windows Explorer, click the icon for
the disk you want to copy.
On the File menu, click Copy Disk.
In Copy from, click the drive you want to copy from.
In Copy to, click the drive you want to copy to.
Click Start.
Notes
You can use the same drive for both disks.
The disks must be the same type.
Any existing information on the disk you copy to will be deleted.
