Bob, thanks for your help. I went to Adapetc, down loaded their patch which up graded my
Easy CD Creator from 3.01a to 3.01d. Now the Cd writer works as well as Windows Explorer.
Smart and Friendly (hardware maker) advised to unload the s/w which would not allow the Cd
writer to write. Your advice was great, appreciate  it. I am now a happy farmer.
