Hi Linda.
Have you tried to launch task manager right after these incidents to see
what programs are currently loaded and running?
By doing this you can tell exactly what processes are running. Try to start
OE and start reading your email normally. While
doing this switch to taskman (control, alt, delete). A close program will
appear. Write down all of the processes currently active. Cancel out of this
and wait for the problem with the fonts to appear. Immediately after this
hit control, alt, delete, and write down all of the currently running
processes again. Compare the 2 for differences and you should know if some
foreign program is loading in Windows without your knowledge. Hope this
helps!
