That is strange. I have Outlook 2003 and under tools/options the first tab
is Preferences, and the second one is Mail Setup. Can others on the list
verify or explain a possible difference in installations?

In any case, you need to find where your outlook.pst file is located. Try
checking in your Documents and Settings area, or do a search on your hard
drive for *.pst or outlook.pst if a default install was done. Once you find
where the outlook.pst file is, you may copy it.
