CORRECTION:
I just remembered. ME doesn't have a sys command! And other DOS commands
are missing as well.
But what you can do is copy the \windows\command directory from a computer
running Windows 98 and put it on your C drive = C:\command. Then make a
Windows 98 boot floppy, and make your boot floppy autoexec.bat file like this
@echo off
Path=c:\command
doskey
C:
cd \
cls
ver
Now you can use the floppy to boot up Windows 98 DOS that ends up at C:>
