I would like to link my Win98 machine and my kids' Win95 into a small
network (LAN with a vengeance), and I just realized that there's no
Network Neighborhood icon on my Win98 desktop.  I've read the
Microsoft Knowledgebase article on the problem, but their comment
doesn't apply:  I've never had TweakUI on my machine.  How do I
recover the Network Neighborhood icon and its functions?
