Maybe your keyboard key is stuck?

Borrow a keyboard from a friend - they are pretty standard.
See if your computer works with the borrowed keyboard.

Or, buy a new keyboard. They are incredibly cheap. Even
a fancy one costs only thirty or forty dollars.

Good luck.

PS: if your new keyboard works, then put the old one in
the dishwasher on a rinse cycle. That "might" fix it, and then
you would have a spare.

Subject: [PCSOFT] Virus, Trojan or what?

I have a problem on my home PC where it appears as though the PageUp key
is always being pressed.
This makes it almost impossible to navigate with either the mouse or the
keyboard.
I have tried running several antivirus programs including NAV, AVG,
Ad-Aware, and Spybot with no luck.
I believe I picked this up from a popup on a web page.
Any ideas???

TIA,
Howie
