Anyone know what might be calling this W98SE error?

called from 0028:C0050D60 in VxD VPICD(01) + 0000099C'

Hitting a key afterward restores all to normal.

This same error has apparently been occurring for about 4-5 weeks.

Suggestions would be appreciated.
