You can do this through Windows Explorer - tools / folder options / file types. Select the
extension you wish to remove and click 'delete'. I don't know if there's an easy way to remove
multiple extensions simultaneously. * It wouldn't hurt to be cautious about which ones you remove -
once you delete an extension, it can be somewhat aggravating trying to re-associate a file type
with the proper program. Good luck...
