Check Microsoft Office Online. Sorry I can't supply the complete URL for
you, but I got an Outlook backup tool there not long ago. It integrates
itself into Outlook so you don't need third party software, and it's free.
It adds a backup command to the File menu, and you can tell it when and
where to put the backup. Not sure what you mean by "all aspects," but it
backs up the data. You have to initiate each backup manually, but can
schedule periodic prompts that take one click to execute.

Mick, look for a program called Second Copy. I think this will do what just
what you want. I have been using it for some time with great success.
Cheers,
Alan.
Is there a back up proggie that will back up all aspects of Outlook and will
do that every time the pc is booted or at regular intervals. Ideally I'd
like it to backup to a CDR or another PC on the network.
Any advise will be appreciated
TIA ... Mick
