  Module names beginning with "IS" are often found in installers
created using InstallShield.  [Since a version of this ships with
Microsoft's "Visual C++", you're likely to run into it a lot.

  I find two other hits on "isset_se" -- one from someone reporting
the problem in NT Server in 1997, and one to a page which no longer
contains any such reference.  Looks like this is your best hope.

  The one other thing you might try is to contact InstallShield at
one of the addresses listed on

Their "tech support" is focussed on software developers who are using
their product to package applications -- they're really not set up to
help end users like yourself.
