Hi Jim,
Thanks for the response. I need to add a few more details here. I
have not been over there yet and I apologize for not having first
hand knowledge. But she did tell me that it didn't seem as if the
printer was even ~trying~ to print; like the cartridge going back
and forth. It would just spit out a piece of paper.
Any other bits of info I need to get from her, like printer model #
or something?
