Every time I have seen this it meant that the graphics were not at the URL
specified. You could post the URL to the group so we could double check, or
have the relative check the address. It's possible the pictures show up
properly on the relative's computer because they are in the browser cache.

I am having trouble viewing pictures that were uploaded to a site by a
relative.  The picture is a .jpg file but will only show a white frame with
a red x in the upper left hand corner.  I have changed my Internet Security
level to Medium from High. Can someone suggest anything else I might check
to enable viewing.
