AMost of those items are  stored in NORMAL.DOT.
Just copy that file from the .....\OFFICE\TEMPLATES
folder.  (..... is your particular path)

If the macros are global, then they will be there also.  If the
macro was saved for a particular file, then it resides inside the
file.  You can use the macro manager to copy/move a macro
into the normal.dot file. Click TOOLS -- TEMPLATES&ADDINS --
then click the ORGANIZER button and finally the MACRO tab.

Custom dictionary items reside in CUSTOM.DIC and I'm not
sure where autocorrect items "live"....
