Received the following from a friend. Is a problem that I have never run in to. Anyone out there have any ideas/solutions??? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

When we open an incoming EMail, we get a reduced reading of the message, with the double panes, one above one below. When we hit the expand symbol in the upper right hand corner, the message now becomes full page. Often, when we're reading the text, the entire message disappears, leaving us with the task bar on the bottom identifying the message is still avaiable for reading, but only if we hit the task bar. At this time, we're now back into the message table that lists all of the incoming and read messages. It bounces back and forth, for no apparent reasoning. While we can get the job done with this inconvenience, it is just that, an inconvenience. We're stymied as to why this happens or what we can do to solve the problem.
