I think all the post regarding this subject have been a tad vague so I
thought I'd compile them all together to make it a bit easier for you.
Ok Win95(a) cannot display .jpg files as wallpaper
UNLESS
You have installed IE4+ - Active Desktop
Then in your Display Properties you can turn Active Desktop on, this enables
you to have .bmp, .jpg, .htm(l) files as your wallpaper.
The same applies to Win95(b) (open to correction)
