This is a question that has no general answer as phrased. We will need to
know more about how you want the data arranged and what determines where
the page breaks go. We also need to know which version of Access you have.
I use Access 97 so this answer is for it.
There is a manual page break control in the report design toolbar that you
can use in the detail section to cause page breaks. This will only help if
you have a very large detail section. I have designed one report that has
two pages for each client that is printed on both sides of the page. I use
the page break control to divide the detail section into two different pages.
If you want to group smaller detail sections and put each group on a page,
look at the "Grouping and Sorting" option on the report design. This lets
you group sections of records by a field - say grouping clients by the
sales person assigned. Once you have set up a group with a section header
or section footer, you have the choice of putting a page break before or
after each section by selecting the header or footer and then selecting
Properties.
