When scrolling down any page everything moves like waves and the cursor is even flashing, sort of. Even moving a window there is  major waving! Does anyone know how to fix this? Nothing new added to the system and no viruses. Using Windows98 and I.E.5.5. Thanks Joseph Rydzy
