Trend advises to do a virus scan you must disable System Restore in XP or Me. 
Right Click My Computer,Properties, in  Me Performance, File System, Troubleshooting, Select Disable System restore, It will restart at prompt. Click F8 at boot up, and in Safe Mode, continue Scan. When completed, files under _Restore folder can be deleted. Renable System Restore as above and reboot. Under XP Log on as Administrator , Right click MY Computer, Click System Restore Tab, & Turn off. Continue then with process and delete "_Restore folder, Renable System Restore when completed and Clear Turn Off System Restore
