Hi,

it appears that your system has "Outerinfo network client" installed.from your post it appears that you also do not have a clue how this got installed. pl. see the following URL for info on "Outerinfo network"

http://www.outerinfo.com/terms.html

as i see it you have three options

(1)in their home page they have an "uninstaller". possibly you can download this and give it a try but i am not sure whether all traces including registry entries will be cleared.

(2)they also have a support feature in the same page ([log in to unmask]).
you can try this too.

(3)this is the most daunting and difficult option if one is not very computer literate but one has to go through it i suppose at least for knowledge sake.

download "hijackthis" and install in your system and create a log file and post it to a reputable spyware help forum. I would recommend "castlecops"

the following URL has a query/fix similar to yours.

 http://tinyurl.com/ojd6e

pl note that the fix in your case will depend on your hijackthis log file.

on a side note no single spyware detection/removal software is capable of handling all that crap floating around and you very often one needs specialist advise.

finaly as a fourth option why don't you try the "search" feature in your o/s
by inputting "outerinfo"?

HTH and good luck----Venkat
