Thanks, Rick. I'm glad to know that - it's frustrating not to know the cause of some anomaly. I use Gmail so I won't have to change email addresses when I change ISPs (I check each year to see who's got the best deal). But I don't know enough to know how to contact the people that run the servers or how to construct my headers so they will get through. Do you have any ideas about that - how I can solve it? --thanks, AnnaSummers

That is a Gmail thing to prevent "e-mail loops".
It is "possible" to work around, but I "think" it has to be done
by the people that run the servers on one end or the other.
(They need specially constructed e-mail headers and/or detection.)
BTW, I did not look up (or remember) what 1,2, and 3 were either.

Thanks Venkat for responding. However, I can't remember what 1, 2, and 3 are... (short term memory is going, I guess). For
some reason, my original messages are not coming to my email with everything else. The settings are correct at PCSoft, but I'm
never receiving them along with all the messages from everyone else. I need enough of the original message to make the response
meaningful to me. --AnnaSummers
